Allison Detitto

Allison DeTitto is a Senior Manager of HR Technology Programs at Elastic, responsible for driving the strategic direction of ServiceNow in collaboration with business and technology partners. Previously, as Chief of Staff for HR, Allison contributed to the development of the HR department's mission and strategic initiatives. At Moody's Corporation, Allison served as Vice President of HR Technology, Engagement & Change Transformation, where efforts included implementing ServiceNow HR Service Delivery for enhanced employee experiences. Other roles include Assistant Vice President of HR Strategic Initiatives at Moody's and Learning Portfolio Manager at Hitachi Vantara. Allison began a career at Siemens as a Senior Learning Partner, focusing on talent development and leadership training. Academically, Allison holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Binghamton University and a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
