Alpar Torok is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software architecture, engineering, and leadership roles across various companies. Currently a Principal Productivity Engineer and Tech Lead at Elastic, Alpar has implemented innovative tools and optimized processes to enhance development efficiency. As the CTO and Cofounder of Lay Back Logistics, strategic IT leadership was provided to establish robust IT solutions. Prior to that, Alpar operated as an independent Software Architect, delivering rapid solution development using AWS. With additional experience as Chief Software Architect at gTeam FZ LLC and roles at HP Software and Bitdefender, Alpar has demonstrated a strong ability to drive technological advancements and operational innovation. Alpar holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universitatea Tehnica Cluj-Napoca.
