Carrie Kovac

Carrie Kovac is an accomplished professional in equity programs and corporate services with extensive experience in the finance and investment sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Equity Programs at Elastic since May 2022, Carrie previously held positions at Morgan Stanley as Executive Director and E*TRADE as Senior Vice President of Relationship Management, where strong client relationships were cultivated, resulting in significant customer satisfaction among nearly 900 corporate clients. Earlier roles include Vice President and Regional Vice President of Corporate Services at Symantec, where responsibilities encompassed global equity compensation operations, and Director of Investor Relations at Aspect Communications. Carrie earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business.
