Devon Thomson

Devon Thomson is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in software development and project management. Currently serving as Area Lead and Principal Software Engineer at Elastic since February 2020, Devon has previously held roles at RBC from May 2017 to February 2020, including Development Manager, where notable achievements included overseeing the development of the Business Intelligence suite Javelin. Prior experience includes technical roles such as Senior Developer and Technical Systems Analyst, where Devon was involved in front-end and back-end development projects.
