Disha Gaur

Disha Gaur has significant experience in technical support and customer service within the tech industry. Currently, Disha serves as a Cloud Triage Support Associate at MongoDB since December 2018, acting as the first point of contact for customers and addressing issues related to connectivity and performance in clusters. Prior to this role, Disha worked as a Technical Support Engineer at IBM India Private Limited from October 2017 to December 2018 and gained foundational experience as a Linux Trainee at Spectra Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. from February 2017 to September 2017. Disha holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) and a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, obtained in 2017 and 2013, respectively.
