Eric Baumgardner

Eric Baumgardner is a skilled professional with extensive experience in support and technical management. Currently serving as a Support Manager at Elastic since March 2024, Eric previously held the position of Manager of Cloud Support at DigitalOcean from September 2022 to March 2024. Prior to that, Eric was the Technical Services and Support Manager at insightsoftware from February 2020 to September 2022 and worked as the Technical Support Training Manager at Worldwide Environmental from July 2008 to August 2019. Eric holds a Master of Science in Project Management Operations Management and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technologies/Database Administration, both from Southern New Hampshire University, as well as an Associate of Science in Information Technology from the same institution and a Certificate in Multimedia Communications from Penn State University.
