Fadi Gebara

Fadi Gebara is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering and cloud infrastructure. Currently serving as the VP of Engineering at Elastic since September 2023, Fadi previously held the role of Director of Production Engineering and Site Reliability Engineering at Meta Facebook, where the focus was on enhancing the reliability and efficiency of services used by billions. Prior to that, Fadi was the Senior Vice President of Cloud at State Street LLC, leading the transformation to a private cloud infrastructure. Additionally, Fadi spent over a decade at IBM in various roles, including Executive Director of Cloud Infrastructure and Next Generation Data Centers, contributing to advancements in Infrastructure as a Service and driving efficiencies in hyper-scale cloud environments. Fadi holds a PhD, Master's, and Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
