Jane Bone

Jane Bone is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in accounting and finance leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Accounting Officer at Elastic since April 2019, Jane oversees SEC Reporting, Revenue Recognition, Treasury, Tax, and Global Accounting functions. Previously, Jane held multiple senior leadership roles at Wind River Systems, Inc., including Senior Vice President of Finance & Administration and Chief Financial Officer from January 2011 to December 2018, where responsibilities included financial planning, budgeting, and M&A due diligence. Prior experience includes positions as the Chief Accounting Officer and VP of Accounting/Corporate Controller at Wind River, European/International Controller at Integrated Systems, and Senior Manager at Coopers & Lybrand LLP. Jane began a career in auditing at Coopers & Lybrand and Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, gaining valuable experience with publicly-listed clients. Jane holds a B.Sc.(Econ) Hons in Accounting from the University of Hull.
