Jas P. is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and site reliability management. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineering Manager for Traffic at Elastic since April 2021, Jas is responsible for network connectivity and the design of a scalable traffic management layer for the Elastic Cloud Platform. Previous roles at Elastic include Senior Engineering Manager and SRE Manager for Cloud Reliability Engineering. Before joining Elastic, Jas held various leadership positions at Riot Games, overseeing global network operations and service reliability, and contributed to significant operational improvements. Jas also gained experience at Betfair as a Global NOC Engineer and began a career in IT support at Loughborough University. Educational qualifications include an Executive Leadership Programme from Yale School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Loughborough University.
