Jimmy Ng

Jimmy Ng is a Principal Solution Architect at Elastic since October 2022, serving as a trusted advisor to customers, partners, and the community while addressing business challenges using the Elastic Stack. Prior experience includes roles as a Solutions Engineer at Palo Alto Networks from February 2019 to October 2022, and as a Security Systems Engineer at Cisco from February 2017 to January 2019. Jimmy began a career in technology as a Presales Consultant at PTC System (S) Pte Ltd, where employment spanned from October 2004 to January 2017. Jimmy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Wollongong, completed between 2008 and 2009.
