Joe Certesio

Joe Certesio is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in customer architecture and enterprise solutions. Currently serving as a Principal Customer Architect at Elastic since October 2023, Joe previously worked as an Enterprise Architect III (Consultant) for the Texas Attorney General from March 2021 to September 2023, where responsibilities included leadership in customer engagements, data integration, and information security. Prior to that, Joe held the position of Vice President, Architect at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 2000 to February 2021. Early career roles included Technology Director at Catalyst Project Inc. and Assistant Vice President at MBNA America, where Joe focused on process re-engineering and technology solutions. Joe holds a Master's Degree in Information Systems from Wilmington University and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Delaware.
