Johan Vanlook serves as the Senior Director of Global Workplaces at Elastic, overseeing multiple facets of workplace strategy. Previously, Johan held the position of Director of Global Workplaces and served as the Senior Director for Corporate Real Estate, Facilities & Resilience Strategy & Management at JV Real Estate Consulting Limited. Prior experience includes holding the role of Senior Director of Global Real Estate & Facilities for EMEA & APAC at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and serving as a judge for the P&FM Awards. Johan is also a member of BIFM. Educational background includes attendance at Koninklijke Militaire School / Ecole Royal Militaire from 1993 to 1995 and St Jozefs College.
