Johnny Bylen

Johnny Bylen currently serves as the Director of Value Engineering at Elastic, where responsibilities include developing and scaling a value-based selling framework and acquiring strategic enterprise accounts. Previously, Johnny held the position of Director of Strategy & Value at Cloud Software Group, operationalizing go-to-market strategies during a significant merger and redefining sales messaging. Earlier roles at TIBCO included Director of Value Engineering and Senior Value Engineer, where Johnny led teams to support top accounts and execute sales strategies. Johnny's military experience includes serving as Deputy Operations Officer for an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group in the US Army. Johnny holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
