Lon Holden

Lon Holden is an accomplished senior director with extensive experience in global alliance management and operations. Currently serving as the Senior Director and Global Alliance Manager for Google Cloud at Elastic since January 2021, Lon previously held various leadership roles at Capgemini, including Global Partner Executive for Google Cloud and Global Alliance Manager for IBM, where responsibilities spanned enablement and operations across 23 countries. Earlier, Lon managed worldwide solution and technical enablement activities for IBM's largest global system integrator partner and developed third-party alliances at Ernst & Young Consulting. Lon's career began with a position as a Senior Consultant at Andersen Consulting, following a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Missouri State University.
