Meredith Lewis

Meredith Lewis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and workforce expansion, currently serving as the Director of Global Workforce Expansion and Compliance at Elastic since January 2018. In this role, Meredith leads the strategic initiative to transition EOR employees to direct employment and streamline operations through automation. Prior to this, Meredith held various roles at Elastic, including Principal Operations Manager and Lead Operations Program Manager, focusing on process improvement and integration planning. With a solid foundation at Intel Corporation in roles such as Customer Relationship/Digital Experience M&A Program Manager and Business Process Improvement Lead, Meredith has a proven track record in driving organizational efficiency and compliance. Additionally, Meredith's earlier career included positions at Accenture and Honeywell Aerospace, further solidifying expertise in project management and process engineering. Meredith holds an MBA from Indiana University, as well as multiple degrees in Environmental Engineering and Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University.
