Michelle Strassburger

Michelle Strassburger currently serves as the Recruiting Manager for Field Operations at Elastic, overseeing a team responsible for hiring within the Field Operations Organization across AMER since November 2020. Previously, Michelle held the position of Senior Recruiter at Elastic, focusing on recruiting talent for Field Operations teams in the United States. Prior to Elastic, Michelle worked as a Senior Sales Recruiter at New Relic, Inc. and managed the Talent Acquisition process for CA Technologies across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Additional experience includes roles as a Corporate Recruiter at Sleepy's, LLC and positions focused on various departments at CA Technologies. Michelle holds a B.B.A. in Marketing from Hofstra University and an Associate in Arts in Liberal Arts from Suffolk County Community College.
