Ming Shen possesses over 20 years of experience in Information Technologies with a focus on GenAI, search, observability, cybersecurity, MLOps, and AIOps. Ming currently serves as a Principal Solutions Architect at Elastic, having previously led IT Operations Analytics projects across the APAC region at Splunk. Prior to that, Ming held various architectural and leadership roles at Accenture and managed enterprise infrastructure at thyssenkrupp. With educational credentials from East China Normal University, Ming is pursuing a Master of Engineering in Computer Software Engineering.
