Paul Jacklin

Paul Jacklin is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in IT project and program management across various sectors, including public services. Currently serving as the Regional Services Director for UKI & UKI Public Sector at Elastic since March 2023, Paul leads consulting efforts in the region. Previously, Paul held the position of Senior Principal Pre-Sales Delivery Lead at MuleSoft, where responsibilities included overseeing professional services for public sector accounts and managing pre-sales activities. Paul also worked as a Senior Engagement Manager at MuleSoft, focusing on helping organizations implement API-led approaches. Earlier career roles include Engagement Manager at Capgemini, Project Manager at BT where Paul managed significant IT deliveries for social housing providers, and Project Manager at the NHS, initially working as a MUMPS Programmer. Paul holds a BSc in Business Computing from Northumbria University, earned in 1995.
