Paul Moran

Paul Moran is an experienced cyber security professional currently serving as the Director and Cyber Security Practice Lead for the Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) region at Elastic since October 2022. Prior to this role, Paul held various positions at CrowdStrike, including Senior Security Analyst and Manager of Falcon Complete, from March 2021 to October 2022. Paul's career includes significant tenure at EY as Senior Manager and Manager in Cyber Security from January 2017 to March 2021, and earlier roles as Security Operations Manager at Link Group and Superpartners. Paul began a career in IT Security Operations at Telstra and the Australian Bureau of Statistics. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Information Security and Assurance from RMIT University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Melbourne.
