Ray Cotten

Ray Cotten, CISSP, CISM, is a seasoned professional in cybersecurity and information systems, currently serving as Principal Solutions Architect at Elastic since April 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Principal Security Consultant at Exabeam, and various positions at Deloitte where Ray advanced to Specialist Leader in Cyber Risk. Ray's career also encompasses significant contributions at HP Enterprise Security Products, where Ray specialized in advisory roles across the Asia Pacific and U.S. regions, and leadership experience at Booz Allen Hamilton overseeing security engineering for the DFAS. As a founding member of Roche Security Operation Center, Ray managed global information security operations for a major pharmaceutical corporation. Academic achievements include a Master’s degree in Management of Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Indiana Wesleyan University.
