Romain CHANU is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and support. Currently serving as a Principal Support Engineer at Elastic since May 2019, Romain has progressed through various roles including Senior Support Engineer and Support Engineer II. Prior to Elastic, Romain worked at IBM - Singapore Software Lab from February 2013 to May 2019 as a Staff Software Engineer, focusing on the IBM Security Access Manager product.
