Sonny Laurro

Sonny Laurro has extensive experience in pre-sales leadership within the technology sector, currently serving as the Head of Solutions Architecture at Elastic since November 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing a team of 19 Solutions Architects and supporting cloud-based sales across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Prior to this role, Sonny held various positions at Cisco from July 2006 to October 2020, including Sr. Manager of Systems Engineering, managing numerous systems engineers across the Southeastern US and consistently achieving performance goals. Career highlights also include roles at Foundry Networks and Enterasys Networks, focusing on pre-sales support across multiple verticals, as well as early experience in network administration at PBGMC Tenet Healthcare and service as an NCO in the US Navy.
