Susan Mitchell

Susan Mitchell is a seasoned HR operations professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager HR Operations EMEA at Elastic since August 2023, Susan previously held the position of Head of HR Central Services at Ornua from January 2020 to August 2023. Prior to that, Susan was Senior Manager Service Delivery EMEA- HR Operations at Johnson Controls, and has also contributed significantly to Rio Tinto in multiple capacities, including Global HR Transformation Project- APAC Workforce Management Lead and Senior Business Relationship Partner. Susan's career began in logistics and recruitment, showcasing a diverse skill set in human resources and business operations. Susan holds a degree in International Business and Languages from DIT Kevin St, Dublin, completed in 2003.
