Tal Grinstein

Tal Grinstein serves as the Channels & Alliances Director at Elastic, a position held since March 2024. Previously, Tal directed Business Development & Partnerships at Opster, which was acquired by Elastic, from November 2022 to March 2024. Tal has extensive experience in board observer roles at multiple companies, including Solutum Technologies Ltd., Infinipoint, VOOM Insurance, and Novidea from 2021 to 2022. Additionally, Tal was Principal at JAL Ventures Fund from April 2018 to November 2022 and has held positions at Psagot Investment House as Alternative Investments Manager and Legal Analyst, from January 2016 to April 2018 and November 2014 to December 2016, respectively. Tal began a career in finance as a Credit Analyst at Tavor Economic Consultants. Tal holds an MBA in Finance and Banking and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Communications, both from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
