They co-founded InfoVere and UP 0.4, and held key positions at Paradigm as General Manager and General Counsel, contributing to its sale for approximately $1 billion. Shai currently serves as a risk management specialist and executive board member for ElastiMed Ltd., focusing on innovative healthcare solutions. Shai has a Master of Laws from New York University and a Bachelor of Laws from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
