️ Mike Rombout

Mike Rombout is a Senior Software Engineer at Elastisys, focused on building scalable system- and application software in Go on Kubernetes since May 2021. Previously, Mike contributed as a Software Engineer at Philips, developing and operating microservices for healthcare applications from March 2019 to May 2021, and held a consulting role at Altran specializing in cloud-based software development from April 2017 to May 2021. At Signify, Mike worked on configuring lighting solutions using Model-Driven Engineering principles from February 2018 to March 2019. Mike began a career in software development at KJ Business Software, focusing on desktop and web-based business software from February 2012 to August 2013. Academically, Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering and a minor in Software Architecture from Avans University of Applied Sciences, completed between 2014 and 2017.
