Buchanan John

Buchanan John has extensive experience in operations management and volunteer work within animal care. Since April 2000, Buchanan has served as an Operations Manager at Elavon, Inc., overseeing employee training on payment processing solutions and managing an inbound call group in the Customer Activations and Training Department. Concurrently, since August 2008, Buchanan has volunteered at Zoo Knoxville, primarily assisting with the care of Southern White rhinos and black bears, building on previous volunteer experience with predator birds at the American Eagle Foundation. Buchanan holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, obtained between 1979 and 1984.
