Heather Smith

Heather Smith has over 17 years of experience in the payments industry, currently serving as a Product Owner at Elavon, Inc. since June 2006. In this role, Heather collaborates with business stakeholders to gather requirements for user stories, prioritizes product backlogs, and establishes the long-term product roadmap. Prior to this, Heather worked as a Sales Support Specialist at RBS Lynk (now WorldPay) from September 2004 to June 2006, where responsibilities included assisting Account Executives with pre- and post-sales issues, managing phone and email inquiries, and supporting compensation requests. Heather graduated from Sinagua High School in 1997 and attended Utah State University from 2001 to 2002.
