Alon Barak

Alon Barak is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in IT and R&D, currently serving as the Senior Director and Head of the IT Global Digital Enterprise Services Division at Elbit Systems Ltd since August 2015. Leading a division of over 150 professionals, Alon manages a broad spectrum of information systems and business applications, including ERP, CRM, and AI. Previous roles include Senior Program Director for the "OneERP" project, which focuses on digital transformation across international sites, and VP of R&D at Cyberbit, where strategic cyber and intelligence systems were developed. Alon's career at Elbit Systems spans multiple positions, from R&D Director overseeing complex projects to software engineering and naval operations in the Israel Defense Forces. Alon holds an Executive MBA in Technology Companies Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science.
