Alon Milbauer is an experienced engineering professional with extensive expertise in software and hardware system engineering. Currently serving as the SW and HW System Engineering Team Leader at Elbit Systems Ltd since December 2020, Alon oversees the development of multi-disciplinary products, including cellular base stations and RF jamming systems, while managing a team of developers. Prior to this role, Alon held the position of SW and HW System Engineering Team Leader at Sigmabit, where a cellular base station product was developed for military customers. Experience also includes significant roles at Marvell Israel Ltd., Intel Corporation, and Telrad Networks, focusing on system requirements, modem development, and integration within 3GPP standards. Alon obtained a degree from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between 1990 and 1994.
