Alon Rozen is an experienced system engineer with a strong background in airborne electronic warfare and digital hardware development. At Elbit Systems Ltd from July 2019 to June 2021, Alon performed simulations using Matlab and integrated EW systems. Prior to that, Alon worked as an engineering student focusing on digital hardware development, performing circuit testing and enhancements. As a team leader and system engineer at Elbit Systems Israel starting from September 2024, Alon leads teams in managing system engineering duties. Alon also served as a system engineer team lead and scrum master at INUITIVE from December 2022 to September 2024, facilitating customer interactions and ensuring that system requirements are met across various fields, including software, hardware, and AI. Alon's career began as a communications officer in the Israel Defense Forces from August 2010 to February 2015. Alon holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ariel University, awarded in 2019.
