Amit Pascal

Amit Pascal is a seasoned technical manager currently employed at Elbit Systems Israel since July 2025. Prior to this role, Amit held significant positions at Notal Vision from April 2016 to July 2025, where responsibilities included leading the development of innovative medical devices, overseeing system architecture, project timelines, budgets, and clinical trials. Amit's previous experience includes serving as Principal Electro Optics Engineer at Medtronics (Given Imaging) from January 2005 to March 2016, where leadership of the electro-optical group and future technologies was a key focus. Additionally, Amit has worked as Head of the Electro Optical Group at Rafael's system division from January 2001 to January 2005 and as a Development Engineer at Surface Technologies from January 2000 to January 2001. Amit began a professional career as an officer in the Israeli Defense Forces Air Force from January 1994 to January 2000. Amit holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Israel Institute of Technology, attained between 1990 and 1994.
