Dima Shetinin

Dima Shetinin has extensive experience in hardware engineering and verification, having held significant roles at Elbit Systems Ltd from April 2017 to February 2025, where responsibilities included Proof of Design Validation and the development of automation processes for FPGA testing. Dima also served in the Israeli Air Force as a Flight Control Team Leader from May 2009 to May 2014, leading a team of 10-15 soldiers and overseeing hardware troubleshooting for multiple aircraft types, while also collaborating with major aerospace engineers. Dima's early career included positions at Tesnet Group Ltd, contributing to hardware design validation and leading a team of approximately 20 employees, showcasing strong leadership and technical expertise throughout a diverse range of projects in the aerospace and defense industries.
