Dror Godelnik

Dror Godelnik is a highly experienced Technical Project Manager at Elbit Systems since March 2023, previously holding various senior roles at the company since 2009, including Director of Engineering (R&D) for Autonomous Systems, where leadership focused on the development of AI/Deep Learning-based aerial autonomous products. Prior positions included overseeing cross-disciplinary system development and managing complex GIS and Command & Control projects. Dror's earlier experience includes serving as SW Leader at Navotek Medical Ltd. and multiple software management positions at Elbit Systems from 1998 to 2007. Academic qualifications include a B.Sc in Civil and Software Engineering, both earned with honors from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, and an MBA with honors from the University of Haifa.
