Elad Madar

Elad Madar has a diverse work experience. Elad started their career as a Logistics Officer in the IDF - Israel Defence Forces in 2011 and held this position until 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Sales Representative at Hertz for a short period. In 2018, Elad became a Teacher Assistant at Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering for a few months. Additionally, they joined Elbit Systems Israel in the same year and worked as an Embedded Software Engineer. Elad later advanced to the role of Embedded Software Team Lead.

Elad Madar completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering from Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering, where they studied from 2016 to 2020. Elad went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in International MBA at Bar-Ilan University, starting in 2022 and expected to complete in 2023.
