Eli Hotovely

Eli Hotovely currently serves as Director of International Programs at Elbit Systems Israel, focusing on land combat systems, and also holds the position of Head of Program Management for Austria and the USA. Prior to this role, Eli held the title of Deputy Head of the Tank Development Authority at the Israeli Ministry of Defense and has an extensive background in the Israel Defense Forces, where responsibilities included Head of Technology and Maintenance Branch of the Northern Command and various ordnance officer positions. Eli's education includes a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Harvard University, a certification as a Demonstrated Senior Logistician from the Army Logistics University, and a B.Sc in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
