Gil Erlich

Gil Erlich is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in end-to-end lifecycle management. Currently serving as a Program & Marketing Manager and Business Developer at Elbit Systems Ltd since 2022, Gil has previously held multiple roles, including R&D Product Director and Program Manager at Esko from 2019 to 2022, as well as R&D Product Manager at Danaher Sensors and Controls from 2010 to 2019. Gil's early career included roles at AVT, where they managed R&D hardware and subcontractors in a startup environment from 2000 to 2007. Gil is currently pursuing an MBA with Dean’s Honors at The College of Management Academic Studies, alongside studies in Electronics & Computer Engineering at Tel Aviv University.
