Guy Alon

Guy Alon is an experienced professional in the field of training and knowledge transfer, currently serving as the Director of Learning, Customer Training, and Knowledge Transfer at Elbit Systems Ltd since February 2020. Prior to this role, Guy held the position of Senior Cyber Projects Programs Manager at CyberGym from June 2018 to February 2020. Guy also worked as Project Manager and Head of the Training Development Unit at AMAREL LTD between November 2016 and March 2018. Earlier in Guy's career, a leadership role was undertaken as the Head of the Training Department at Logic Industries Ltd from March 2008 to February 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing training services and managing multiple professional teams. Guy's foundational experience includes a Senior Officer position in the Israeli Navy from April 2002 to August 2007. Additionally, Guy has educational credentials from The Open University of Israel.
