Hen Horesh

Hen Horesh is a mechanical engineer with a degree from Afeka College of Engineering and a diploma in Mechanical Practical Engineering from the Technion School of Engineering. Currently serving as a Program Quality Manager at Elbit Systems Israel, Hen manages all quality aspects within complex programs, collaborating closely with various departments to ensure compliance with standards. Previously, Hen worked as a Quality Engineer at Flex, leading a team in overseeing production processes, and has held positions as a Process Technician and Mechanical Engineer. With experience in quality management and product development, Hen demonstrates a commitment to continuous improvement and technological curiosity.
