Hen Rozen

Hen Rozen is a seasoned project, product, and R&D manager with over 20 years of experience in developing complex products and technology-driven systems. They currently serve as the Director, Program Manager for the AMS Business Unit at Elbit Systems Israel and are also an Advisory Board Member for Botanic Springs. Previously, Hen held various engineering management positions, including at GE Healthcare and Strauss Water Ltd., where they led multidisciplinary teams and drove product development from conception to mass production. Hen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and is pursuing an MBA at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
