Ido Shilo

Ido Shilo is an accomplished Program Manager at Elbit Systems Ltd since July 2019, overseeing an independent P&L unit and focusing on sales volume and profitability. Shilo manages full-cycle program operations, customer relationships, and collaborates with technical teams to deliver solutions. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Project Manager at Trax Retail, handling global programs across 24 countries, and at Amdocs in various project management roles, including leading large teams and ensuring project quality and timeliness. Shilo also has a background in managing telecommunications projects at Comverse and served as a Company Commander in the Israel Defense Forces.
