Julia Glazman

Julia Glazman is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in system engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Senior System Engineer at Elbit Systems Ltd since February 2020, Julia previously held roles as a Senior System Engineer and Project Manager at Hartech, where Julia led the design and integration of Land-Based Test Site construction for the Israel Navy. Prior to that, Julia was a Senior System Engineer Team Lead at ELTA Systems Ltd, overseeing the development and release of radar systems. Julia's earlier experience includes work at Elbit Systems Ltd as a Senior Algorithms Engineer specializing in C4I Active Defense, with expertise in battle management processes and advanced algorithms. Julia's career began at IAI as a Systems Engineer, focusing on radar processes, and Julia initially worked as an SQA Developer at Transparency Software. Julia holds both an M.Sc. and a B.Sc. in Applied Mathematics from Bar-Ilan University.
