Maya Peri is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in both military and corporate environments. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at Elbit Systems Ltd since 2023, Maya previously worked as a Headhunter at Hunters - Head Hunter Special Unit where expertise was applied in identifying senior job candidates to align with organizational needs. From 2013 to 2021, Maya held multiple leadership roles within the Israel Defense Forces, including Head of the HR & Training Branch at the Reserves Department and Head of the HR & Logistics Branch at the COGAT Unit, where responsibilities included advising senior leadership on officer development and overseeing staffing processes. Earlier roles also included Commander of the Induction Center in the IDF Paratroopers Division and various HR positions in different IDF units. Maya holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government and a Master's degree in Public Administration from Bar-Ilan University.
