Michael Koltun is an experienced senior program and product manager at Elbit Systems Ltd, responsible for managing engineering systems and the production process for artillery missile guidance systems since March 2018. Prior to this role, Michael served as a program manager at IMI Systems Ltd, overseeing development programs for guided mortar bombs from December 2015 to March 2018. Michael also managed a research and development division in the IDF Land Forces Command Technology Unit from 2009 to 2015, leading a team of engineers in various disciplines and winning the Israel Security Award. Michael's military career spanned from 1988 to 2015 within the Israel Defense Forces. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Quality Assurance and Reliability and a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering, both from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
