Michael Pilch

Michael Pilch currently serves as the Program Quality Assurance & Excellence Manager at Elbit Systems Ltd since March 2022. Prior to this role, Michael held positions as Operational Excellence & Quality Assurance Manager at HCT - Hadarom Container Terminal and worked with the Israel Defense Forces in the Home Front Command. Michael's extensive experience in the military and security industry includes roles such as Head of Quality Assurance and Project Management and Supply Chain Logistics Manager at iaf from 2000 until December 2020. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a Bachelor of Technology in Industrial Engineering from SCE - Shamoon College of Engineering, alongside a certification as a CQE in Quality Assurance and Excellence from ALD College.
