Michael Wechsler has over three decades of experience in the defense industry, currently serving as Senior Director of Major Subcontracts & Offset at Elbit Systems Ltd since August 2003, after holding the position of Purchasing & Subcontracting Manager. Prior to this, Michael worked at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems from 1995 to 2003 as Operation Manager and IT Manager in the Electronic Production Division. Michael's career began in the IDF from 1984 to 1995, where responsibilities included serving as an Engineer Officer in Production, Operation & Control. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
