Nir S. is a seasoned Site General Manager with extensive experience in managing large-scale multidisciplinary projects across the high-tech and aerospace sectors. With a career spanning several notable companies, including Rafael Advanced Defense Systems and Elbit Systems, Nir has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and operational capabilities. Nir’s past roles involved overseeing complex production and engineering initiatives, leading diverse teams, and achieving significant financial turnover. Currently, Nir is focused on spearheading manufacturing operations for Elbit’s portfolio, guiding a team of nearly 300 professionals. Nir holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion and a Master's in Finance from Baruch College.
