Oded Kolka

Oded Kolka is currently the VP of Land Ammunition at Elbit Systems Land, managing large-scale international engineering programs. They held various leadership roles at MOD from 1992 to 1996, including Development Engineer and Head of Development. Prior to their current position, Oded served as SBU Director at Elbit Land Systems from 2018 to 2023 and as a Director at IMI Systems Ltd from 2017 to 2018. Oded holds a Master of Business Administration in Project Management and Marketing, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, all from Tel Aviv University, completing their studies with excellence.
