Ronen Gilady

Ronen Gilady is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and operations management in the defense and aerospace sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director Program Manager at Elbit Systems Ltd since January 2006, Ronen oversees programs with international clients, managing responsibilities from proposal stages to execution. Previously, in the role of Senior Director of Operations at Mission Excellence Group, Ronen contributed to strategic planning and inter-divisional cooperation focused on continuous improvement. As Aerospace Division R&D COO and Senior Director for HMS Hardware and Electro-Optic, Ronen led multidisciplinary projects in military and commercial aviation, managing large teams and substantial budgets while liaising with major avionics companies. Earlier roles include leading hardware design teams at RADCOM and Motorola Solutions. Ronen holds a BSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
