Shay Adlen

Shay Adlen is a seasoned professional with 20 years of experience in Quality Assurance, primarily acquired at the Israel Aerospace Industries. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Quality Assurance at Elbit Systems Israel, Shay oversees the implementation of quality systems across various departments and leads comprehensive product and system audits. Previously, Shay held positions such as Director of Quality at BlueBird Aero Systems and PQA Manager at IAI. Shay holds a B.Sc. in Software Engineering and Management from Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College and a Master's degree in Quality Management from the University of Haifa, along with certifications as a Certified Quality Engineer.
